  20. When running a video 
  21. signal through your TBC try to activate a freeze or strobe or any effect.
  22. I suspect nothing happens. If this is the case, go into preferences on 
  23. your TBC and toggle the switch labeled PAR/SERIAL do this a few times 
  24. making sure when you finish toggling you are on PAR. 
  25. This should get your SVHS signal established. Go back and try and freeze 
  26. , stobe again. Sometimes the TBC gets frozen and this will 
  27. UNFREEZE it.
